The new Bluetooth remote control surpasses its predecessor with a sleek and modern design crafted from premium materials for upgraded tactile. Its control buttons are designed with small icons and ensure more convenient operation and enriched functionality, greatly elevating the user experience.

More Buttons, Easier Control

The BTR200 Bluetooth remote control features three buttons, namely Video Lock Button, Mic Button, and Action Button. More control buttons allow users to operate more functions more easily, without diverting attention from driving. You don’t need to reach out to the dashcam, right at your fingertips, the Bluetooth remote control's got you back for dashcam control.

For instance, VIOFO’s WiFi-enabled dashcams, like A229 Pro, VS1, all require long pressing the Wi-Fi button on the dashcam or setting the menu on VIOFO App to turn on/off Wi-Fi, which may be a little troublesome. However, the new Action Button of the BTR200 remote control exactly solves this. Users can control dashcam Wi-Fi with just a simple tap, eliminating much hassle.With just one simple press of a button, you can easily instantly lock the video file from being overwritten, toggle the microphone on or off, and enable or disable Wi-Fi, making it effortless to control your dashcam during exciting journeys, unexpected events, or breathtaking scenery.

• Video Lock Button:Press to lock the current video and take a snapshot.
• Mic Button:Press to set the audio on/off.
• Action Button:Press to turn on/off Wi-Fi.

Customizable Buttons

The new Mic Button and Action Button of the BTR200 remote control are customizable. Users can customize the functions of the two buttons based on their preferences and needs. This personalized feature allows you to freely tailor the Bluetooth buttons, to better meet individual requirements.

The Mic Button is set to turn on/off microphone by default. The Action Button is set to turn on/off Wi-Fi by default. The two buttons can be customized to control different functions of the dashcam with one press, including:

• Take a Photo
• Turn On / Off WiFi
• Power Off
• Switch to Timelapse Recording
• Turn On / Off HDR

Press the video lock button on the remote control for 3 seconds to pair with the dashcam. If gets paired successfully, its LED indicator turns blue from red.
The BTR200 Bluetooth remote control is compatible with all VIOFO Wi-Fi dashcams. For customizable button function, it is now currently compatible with VIOFO A229 Pro, A229 Plus, A119 Mini 2, VS1, A139, A139 Pro, A129 Plus, A129 Pro, A129 Duo and A229 Duo dashcam.
The firmwares of these dashcams should be updated to the latest version for customizable button use. We always keep innovating, and this Bluetooth remote control will soon support complete pairing with more VIOFO dashcam models.
