How do I register as a seller on Bsta.sa?
To get started, visit the “Sell on Bsta” page and click Join Now. Complete the application form, upload the required documents, and our team will review your submission. Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days.
What types of products can I sell on Bsta.sa?
You can sell a wide range of approved products including electronics, dash cams, GPS trackers, vehicle accessories, smart devices, and security systems—as long as they comply with Saudi Arabian laws and Bsta’s product policies.
Is there a registration fee to become a seller?
No, joining Bsta.sa as a seller is completely free. A commission fee applies to each successful transaction and is outlined in the seller terms and conditions.
How do I get paid for my sales?
Seller payouts are issued weekly, every Saturday, to your registered bank account. Funds are released one week after the order has been successfully delivered to the customer.
Can I sell as an individual or do I need a commercial registration?
A valid Commercial Registration (CR) and VAT certificate are required. These documents help ensure regulatory compliance and increase buyer trust in your store.
Who handles shipping and delivery?
Bsta.sa manages all shipping logistics using reliable partners like Aramex. As a seller, your role is to prepare and package the item and hand it over to the courier within 12 hours of order confirmation.
What happens if I run out of stock or can’t fulfill an order?
It’s your responsibility to keep inventory up to date. Failure to fulfill a confirmed order may result in penalties or temporary suspension of your account.
Can I sell internationally through Bsta.sa?
Yes. Bsta.sa supports international shipping through trusted couriers. Your products can be delivered to customers worldwide, provided they meet destination-specific shipping requirements and compliance standards. Additional documentation and fees may apply.
How do returns and refunds work?
Returns are managed under Bsta’s customer-friendly return policy. Sellers must honor warranty claims, accept eligible product returns, and process replacements or refunds as required.
