Does installing a dash cam void the car's warranty?
Correct installation is safe, does not affect the vehicle, and does not void the warranty. The dashcam must be installed by a specialized auto technician or electrician with experience in car electricity and the fuse box.
Does the dash cam consume and discharge the car battery?
All cameras and hard wiring kits in our store are smart and have a system to protect the car battery from discharging while parked. The dash cam will automatically disconnect if the car battery voltage decreases to protect it, and you can set the car battery voltage level through the settings for the dash cam.
Does the dash cam record license plates?
The clarity of car plates is a relative matter that depends on many factors, such as distance, photography angle, and the reflection of sunlight or surrounding lights, and it cannot be guaranteed that they will appear clearly in recording. However, the higher the camera's capabilities and features, the more likely car plates will appear clearly in the recordings.
Does the dash cam record audio?
Yes, recording can be activated or stopped through the settings, and in some types through voice control or control buttons.
How long can a dash cam record?
This varies depending on the capacity of the memory card and also the recording resolution. A dashcam that records in 4K resolution has a larger video and photo size than a dashcam that records in 2K resolution, and vice versa. It is recommended to use memory cards of no less than 128 GB.
Does the front and rear dash cam capture the car from the sides?
No, but most of the time the person next to the car will approach from the front or the back and will appear on the front or rear camera.
Is it possible to monitor & track the dash cam remotely?
The basic function of all types of dashcams is to record on a memory card, and some Dashcams can install a SIM card (mobile) that enables you to follow and view the cameras remotely.
Does the dash cam record while the car is stationary?
Yes, if connected to a power source such as the fuse box or OBD port.
Is there a dash cam without wires?
All types of dashcams are wired, and the wires will installed behind the car's interior decorations without being visible.
What is a good resolution for a dash cam to be?
A good resolution for a dash cam is at least 1080P. This means that the video recorded by a 1080P dash cam will have a total of 2,073,600 pixels, resulting in a high-definition image. A higher resolution, such as 1440P or 4K, will produce even better quality video, resulting in larger file sizes.
What is the best dash cam resolution setting?
The best dash cam resolution setting depends on your needs and the capabilities of your dash cam. If you want the highest quality video possible, choose the highest resolution setting available on your dash cam. However, keep in mind that higher resolutions will result in larger file sizes. If you are concerned about storage space or want to conserve battery life, then you may want to choose a lower-resolution setting.

الكاميرا تسحب وتفضي بطارية السيارة
غالبا المشلكة في التوصيلات. الداش كام فيها حمايه لبطاريه السيارة وتفصل اذا انخفض فولت البطارية لحد معين حسب إعداداتك.
الكاميرا عند ربطها بالفيوز او مدخل OBD حتراقب بطاريه السياره، وفي اعدادات الكاميرا، ممكن تحدد الفولت ١٢ او ١١ او ١٠ (تختلف من كاميرا لاخرى) وعند انخفاض فولت بطاريه السياره للحد الي انت حددته في الاعدادات تتوقف الكاميرا عن العمل حمايه لبطارية السياره.

- سلك ارضي يربط باي مسمار حديد مربوط بهيكل السيارة.
- سلك يربط بفيوز يوفر طاقه عن تشغيل السياره.
- سلك يربط بفيوز يوفر طاقه عند اطفاء السيارة.
الخطأ في تركيب الاسلاك في علبه الفيوز يؤدي لان الكاميرا ما تعرف اذا السياره شغاله او مطفيه. وعليه تعتقد الكاميرا ان السياره شغاله وتسحب البطاريه. لو مشبوكة صح، الكاميرا حتعرف ان السياره مطفيه وراح تفصل اذا انخفض فولت بطارية السيارة لحمايه بطاريه السيارة.
وفي حال شبكاها على منفذ OBD لا يوجد مجال للخطأ في التركيب.

الكاميرا ممتازة من كل النواحي ما شاء الله لكنها تسخن تصير حاااارة جدًا
لا يفترض أن ترتفع حرارة الكاميرا كما وصفت، توجد مشكلة في توصيل الأسلاك.
1- في حال أن الكاميرا متصلة على علبة الفيوز تأكد من أن الأسلاك مشبوكة بالشكل الصحيح:
- سلك ارضي يربط باي مسمار حديد مربوط بهيكل السيارة.
- سلك يربط بفيوز يوفر طاقه عن تشغيل السياره.
- سلك يربط بفيوز يوفر طاقه عند اطفاء السيارة.
