Why Shop Extra Cameras & Connection Cables?

A single front-facing camera is great, but full coverage is better. BSTA offers plug-and-play add-on cameras and essential replacement parts to seamlessly integrate with your existing setup:

  • ✅ Rear & Interior Upgrades: Capture rear-end collisions or monitor the cabin with Infrared (IR) night vision for absolute rideshare (Uber/Taxi) safety.
  • ✅ Extended Cable Lengths: Need to route a wire through a large SUV, passenger van, or pickup truck? We offer extra-long connection cables to reach the back window easily without stretching.
  • ✅ Official Replacement Parts: Don't buy a whole new system if a wire gets pinched or damaged during installation. We stock authentic replacement cables and spare rear cameras to get your setup running again affordably.
  • ✅ Plug-and-Play Integration: Extra cameras plug directly into your main front unit, sharing the exact same power supply and memory card.

Why Buy from BSTA?

At BSTA, we provide 100% authentic add-on cameras, extended cables, and spare parts perfectly tailored for top brands like VIOFO and VANTRUE. Shop with confidence and fix or upgrade your setup, backed by local warranty and fast shipping across Saudi Arabia.

Extra Cameras FAQ

Can I add a rear camera to my existing dash cam?
It depends on your model. You can only add a rear or interior camera if your main front camera was originally built to support 2CH or 3CH recording. Always check compatibility before buying.
Does the rear camera need its own memory card?
No. The extra camera sends its video feed directly to the front unit. Both front and rear video files are saved simultaneously onto the single MicroSD card located in the front dash cam.
How does the rear camera get power?
You do not need to wire the rear camera to your car's fuse box. It draws all the power it needs directly from the main front dash cam through the provided long connection cable.
Why should I choose an interior (cabin) camera?
An interior camera records the inside of the vehicle. This is an absolute must-have for Uber, Careem, and taxi drivers to protect themselves against false claims, or for families monitoring road trips.
Will the interior camera record in the dark?
Yes! High-quality interior cameras feature built-in Infrared (IR) LED lights. These illuminate the cabin, allowing the camera to record clear black-and-white video even in pitch-black darkness.
Are the cables included with the extra camera?
Yes. When you purchase a rear or interior add-on, it comes with the exact cable needed to connect it to the front unit. These cables are usually very long (around 6 meters) to easily reach the back.
Is it hard to hide the long rear camera wire?
It requires tucking the cable under your vehicle's headliner. While you can do it yourself, we highly recommend our Expert Installation Service to ensure the wire is 100% hidden and safe around airbags.
Can I use the rear dash cam for reverse parking?
Generally, no. A rear dash cam is designed for security recording, not live reversing. It mounts high on the rear window rather than down by the license plate, making it unsuitable for parking assistance.
